You may return most products purchased from Envision IT Solutions Ltd within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided the following conditions are met:
The product is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation included.
The product is not listed as non-returnable (see Section 4 for non-returnable items).
You provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, or invoice.
The return is initiated within the 30-day return window, calculated from the date of delivery (or pickup for in-store purchases).
To initiate a return:

Pack the Product: Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Include the RMA number on the package.
Ship the Product: Return the product to the address provided in the RMA instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product to verify its condition. Refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed (e.g., store credit).
Refunds include the purchase price of the product, excluding original shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (e.g., credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear).
If a product is delivered defective, damaged, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue and request an RMA.
Provide details, such as photos of the damage or defect, to assist with the claim.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and either:
Replace the product at no additional cost, subject to availability, or
Issue a full refund, including original shipping fees, if a replacement is unavailable.
For defective products, we may require testing or verification by our team or the manufacturer before approving a return or replacement.
If you receive an item different from what you ordered:

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send the correct item at no additional cost.
If the correct item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Many products sold by Envision IT Solutions Ltd come with a manufacturer’s warranty (e.g., from Lenovo, Dell, HP, or Apple). If a product becomes defective after the 30-day return window but within the warranty period:

For returns due to a change of mind (i.e., non-defective products):
The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories within 30 days of delivery.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to opened products, at our discretion, to cover handling and repackaging costs.
Refunds will exclude original shipping fees.
Our IT support and managed services are subject to separate service agreements, which outline specific refund terms. In general:
Refunds for IT services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the service and the terms of the agreement.
Prepaid service fees (e.g., for annual support plans) may be refunded prorated for unused portions, less any applicable fees, if canceled within 14 days of purchase.

The following items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect:
